Welcome to the VIRIDIS project – an open-source submarine designed for a community of builders, engineers, and enthusiasts. Our goal is to share knowledge and enable anyone to build their own submarine vehicle.
VIRIDIS is a free project. We believe in openness, sharing, and collaboration. These terms aim to protect the rights of all users and guarantee a safe and constructive environment for the community.

4. Submarine construction – important warnings

Construction and operation of a submarine is a dangerous activity requiring specialized knowledge. Always follow safety instructions and local regulations.

During construction and operation, you bear full responsibility for:

7. Contributions to the project

The "VIRIDIS" name and logo belong to the project. You can use them to:

- Educational and non-commercial purposes
Not permitted: Using the name or logo in a way that suggests official sponsorship or endorsement without our consent.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the website or project means agreement to the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
